In the D-45 classes the athlete will work his postural control, core and resistance, performing exercises with high intensity TRX.
Suspended workouts are different from those we are used to; and that, for reason, pleases many athletes.

The variety of exercises that can be done with a TRX is really interesting. And best of all, they help increase the strength, endurance and muscle tone of the athlete from day one. These exercises, as they are combined with a circuit with more cardiovascular intervals, the result is much more positive.
