How to start?

THE INITIATIONS ARE THE SESSIONS WHERE YOU WILL LEARN the basic movements of Crossfit. Remember that Crossfit is above all TECHNICAL, and this is the basis of these classes. You will have to realize 2 SESSIONS OF INITIATION where the coaches will teach you the technique of the main movements and in addition you will realize a Work Out at the end to practice what learned. Once finished these 2 sessions you can experience the essence of Crossfit in our sessions: wod or bootcamp
