Yoga is a practice that allows us to work the body and the mind at the same time. This means that, during a yoga session, people manage to concentrate so much on their practice that they let any worries they have that day in mind flow, in order to relax and enjoy the moment. On the other hand, the body is controlled through asanas (yoga postures).

For us, practicing yoga we believe is the perfect complement to the sports practice of any athlete. Spend a few hours a week to stretch the muscles and joints, as well as to breathe and reassure the mind, is something great for everyone.
We have proven that yoga practitioners discover its benefits from day one. Like all sports practiced in the District, yoga is 100% scalable too. The key is to flow, move forward little by little, and physical improvements are coming.
